Surprisingly my time as a assistant manager was short lived for a couple of weeks due to personal reasons. I learned a lot I learned how to do inventory count for the store trucks when we get the food orders in. I learned how to give discounts or special offers to customers that had a mistake with their orders from previously. I learned to open the store up by myself. Then I used all the skills I learned from previously working there a couple years ago. So, being an assistant manager was definitely like muscle memory from previously. This has to be my favorite job thus far to be honest.

Working at Walmart was an okay experience. I was constantly moving within the store for online orders. OGP consists of picking up customers' orders within the store and have them ready and stationed together whenever they arrive to our location. It also consisted of taking orders outside to the customers when they arrive to a destinated parking spot. Even while going on pick up orders for customers, we would help some of the regular store customers out on our walks if we had enough time or direct them to the area within the store. Wherever they need to go.

At Wawa I'm trained in three different sections: deli, drinks, and cash register. In the deli I was required with making food and making sure we have the food ready on time for our customers. The cash register is where I assist customers in paying for their items that they picked up from our store and outside of those three sections I also make sure the store looks clean and all items in the store is in the in the right place. Taking orders over the phone and in person from our customers while showing the customer courtesy, respect and taking their orders with diligence.
