Successful management a United States Army Dining Facility.

Responsible for management of a dining facility that served approximately 550 soldiers daily in the DPAC and 1200 twice daily in the field.

Responsible for meal planning and overseeing food preparation.

Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of all equipment within the facility.

Accountable for all food service equipment in the facility.

Responsible for subsistence ordering and receiving.

Responsible for maintaining inventory of all items in the facility. Conducted weekly inventories resulting in passing 14 of 14 inspections.

Responsible for the administrative actions necessary to support the facility.

Responsible for the management and training of up to 44 personnel.

Held multiple infantry and culinary roles increasing in responsibility the United States and foreign duty stations during my 22 year military career culminating with being a Culinary Management NCO.
