2008 -Verizon Team leader - responsible for Maintenance Operations including all out of hours escalations and all Departmental Training of personnel for Verizon Broadband in New York. Duties included network fault monitoring and Classroom setup and all written materials. I also wrote the maintenance operations handbook for the t department, Wrote Methods and Procedures that helped reduce circuit downtime in Both the field and the central office

2013-2105 -Sprint Wireless NOC analyst (Contractor) Performed remote analysis of the Sprint National Cellular Network duties included the dispatching and remote testing of base station equipment
2015 to 2108 -Verizon Trainor/Facilitator responsible for training of Verizon technicians for central office operations and Special Services field technicians. Performed Classroom setup & administration for Verizon throughout the Northeast, responsible for reducing the Out of service time for circuitry in Virginia and Maryland.. This was done by teaching technicians remote testing tools that they had otherwise never utilized. Trained new personnel in use of tools and test equipment.
2018 to present -Verizon engineering Support. (Contractor). Trains Engineering support team. Provides technical Expertise and customer service skills to the Verizon Engineering department. Responsibilities include Contacting property managers throughout the northeast and educating them in the process of wireline circuit retirement and the migration off the old copper network and onto Fiber optics. I work with multiple department in the communication of process and the actual implementation of the migration, I also work to restore any out of service conditions that occurred in error
