I was responsible for the day-to-day HR operations at Corporate Office for both watches (Titan) and jewelry (Tanishq) divisions. Retail HR Initiatives for Tanishq: Provided on-going support and drove HR initiatives focusing on capability building, part-time staffing and incentive scheme at the front-line. Noteworthy initiatives include TAJ (Tanishq's Accomplished Jeweler, a capability based learning program), and PROLIP (an incentive scheme)
