OBJECTIVE: To work as an environmental Inspector on construction projects and have inspected from a range of projects for Gas to Oil Pipelines. For clients in Southern Wyoming, Kansas, Missouri, Texas, Alabama, Illinois, Wisconsin, Colorado, Tennessee Kentucky, Louisiana and Florida! I am located in the Palestine Texas area and would like to find work in the field of Environmental Inspector anywhere in the USA. Workrise / Florida gas project FLMEB 18 (FREC) Jan 2024 to Present

4” Orlando South/26” FLMEB Relocation at Sand Lake Road Orlando FL

Monitored the Installation of 5,350’ of new 26” pipeline, 135’ of new 12” pipeline, and 1,706’ of new 4” pipeline via HDD, open cut, and trenching! And also the abandonment of 5,058’ of existing 26” pipeline, 125’ of existing 12” pipeline, and 813’ of existing 4” pipeline. Monitored the Installation of 24” pipe EA-18 drip; Relocation of 26” EB drip! Monitored environmental problems for the storm water on the project. Monitoring the HDD’s on a day to day process insuring the cleanup was being completed and drill soils was moved off row. And all other soils were kept separated on site in approved area. Doing daily reports and documenting Construction activities. I spoke the crews on a daily basis on keeping within the guidelines on these projects. I have ensured the protection of the Environmental resources on the Orlando South/ 26” FLMEB-18 Relocation Pipeline..

Mountain Valley Pipeline Project-H600 Line-MDM (FREC) Rocky Mount VA

Responsibilities include monitoring the installment of all ECD’s on the ROW. Monitoring the Dynamite Crew set up and Blast rocks on the ROW. Around wetlands and Streams. The installation of a 42” Pipeline! The backfill of excavation areas the storage of soil on site! Enforcing the Environmental plan and procedures and the compliance issues within the workspace locations of the Mountain Valley Pipeline ROW. Monitored environmental problems for the storm water on the project. Monitoring conventional bores on a day to day process insuring the cleanup was being completed and drill soils was moved back to the original contours. And all soils were kept separated on site to approved area. Doing daily reports and documenting Construction activities. I spoke the crews on a daily basis on keeping within the guidelines on these projects. I have ensured the protection of the Environmental resources on the mountain valley Pipeline ROW.

Phillips 66 – Sweeny Flood Mitigation Project Sweeny TX

Monitored the replacement of existing bridge/culvert and elevate the existing road surface crossing Little Linnville Bayou (LLB) within the Refinery, construct two culverted connection points, and excavate/deepen an existing rail side ditch. Monitor the installation of modifications to redirect the flood water from Linnville Bayou through an existing rail side ditch so that, during high flow or flooding conditions, excess water will bypass the portion of the Bayou that flows through and floods the Refinery. Monitored the activities in “Waters of the United States” (WOUS) pursuant to applicable laws and regulations, including Section 404 of the Clean Water Act!

Responsibilities include monitoring cleanup and close out of the Right of way. Checking areas where the contractor has cleaned up keeping in compliance of the permit. Checking wetlands, streams and permanent ECD’s an informing the contractor of the issues that were found making sure that all issues are repaired in a timely manner. Responsibilities include monitoring the installment of all ECD’s on the Site and the installation of all drill pads and the excavation of a new roads in the area. The backfill of pond areas and the soil mixing with lime for compaction. Monitor the installation of a pipeline coming into the refinery. And enforcing the environmental plan and procedures of NWP 25, NWP 404 and NWP 408 for the compliance issues within the workspace locations of the P66 refinery! I have monitored setting up of storage tanks, the installation of concrete pylons. Setting of steel pylons and of pipe pylons for docks 2 3 and 4. Monitored mooring dolphins being installed on the docks! The pouring of all the concrete tank Pads. I have monitored the environmental on all the storm water and wetlands and checked the ph. on storm water on the project also the erosion controls around the backfill areas.
