Designed electro mechanical and opto-mechanical systems, fluid delivery( ink, chemical solutions, pressure assisted peristaltic and diaphragm pumps) units for web press and finishing equipment, rotating machinery units, new product concept and design ( ink train optimization, new inserters, adaptation horizontal folders to finishing line), multi axes robotic applications for imager, development and cost cutting projects from concept to prototype stage, through interacting shop-floor, service and vendors.

Create the concept imaging on gapless printing plates, high speed micro dot creating on the metal and plastic surfaces through utilizing pico-meter pulsed laser via optical light delivery units on three axis robotic groups, design and created prototype, performed the tests and proved the concept.

Carried out product acceptance tests; test instrumentation; prepared feedbacks for design revision and completion.

Achieved capacity increasing of newspaper inserters from 4K/h up to 30K/ cutting cost 40% through adapting new concepts.

Introduced new UV ink delivery in printing presses with 60% cost reduction.

Investigated technical feasibility and market opportunity for packaging printing, creating road map.

Proved concept of vibrating web printing system through working prototype, now patented,
