I was a Supervisor for the Customer Service Phone Team. I was also the Compliance Officer. With over 40 years of HR experience I mentored and worked with the HR agents to ensure that they provided excellent customer service to all of our clients. I evaluated their calls and provided guidance on ways to improve and to ensure the metrics were met.
California Employee Advocates was a litigation company. The agents took calls from individuals who had been wrongfully terminated (or other Employment Violations) pre-qualified the clients and then prepared documentation which was sent over to our attorneys for review to determine if the client had a possible case.
(The whole company closed and all employees were laid off)

I was in charge of the hiring for our area from screening potential new applicants, interviewing and candidate comparison. I have facilitated numerous projects and workgroups. Ongoing development of staff was a priority, focusing on developing individuals to be passionate about service.
