• Gloria Jeans 10/25/2002 - 01/01/2004 I was a cashier coffee barista. I made customers beverages and prepared the coffee beans or assisted customers with other merchandise offered by our store.

• Kraftmaid Cabinetry 06/2004 - 10/2006

I worked in many different departments of the Kraftmaid factory.Most of the time I worked on the assembly lines building and packaging the cabinets for shipment. I also worked in departments where I was responsible for pulling the pieces needed for the assembly lines to build the cabinets. I worked there for two summers while I was on summer break from college.

• Rebel Oil 5/2007 - 10/2007 I made sure that the coolers were always stocked and kept organized. I emptied all the garbage cans inside the store and outside by the gad pumps. I made sure the ice was always full for the fountain soda machine and kept the store as clean as possible. I was pretty much the janitor.

• Sinclair Gas Station 09/2007 - 05/2008 I was a cashier at the Sinclair gas station on Durango and Centennial Parkway. I rang up customers items and put the money they paid for gas on the pump they needed to get gas from. This job helped me sharpen my cash handling and mathematical skills.

• Clark County Beverage Management 11/2009 - 09/2010

I was a Draft beer technician. Clubs to clean and maintain the draft beer systems. I would also have to trouble shoot and repair certain places in town whenever they would have issues with there Draft beer systems. This job helped me develop my social relationship skills and helped me learn how to deal with business in a professional manner.

• Starbucks 05/2011 - 02/2013 I started out as a barista and was promoted to a shift supervisor which gave me more responsibility and the opportunity to learn how to lead and delegate to my team the tasks needed to ensure that the store was stocked cleaned and all customers were given the best customer service possible each and every shift I supervised. Also as a shift supervisor I was given important responsibilities such as being held accountable for all the cash in the tills and safe. I learned how to make decisions that didn't always make me the most liked person but when you are in charge it's not your job to be friends with your team members you must make decisions that do not always make everyone happy all the time.
