Operate and monitor plant equipment/processes from Field in order to ensure that plant and processes are operating within set parameters.

Taking and record readings of running plant/equipment’s to monitor equipment functioning, observe temperature, level, pressure, and flow, etc.

Start-up and shutdown plant and equipment in accordance with operating procedures.

Perform all types of activities like trouble shootings, Emergency handling, routine patrolling, sampling, chemicals handling and coordinating with plant maintenance personnel as per procedures.

Prepare production & dispatch summary of plant. Maintain monthly Inventory for all chemicals used at plant

Maintain & review daily logbook to determine condition/status of plant. Gives and receives a verbal & written handover at the start and end of shift.

Ensure and contribute to proper housekeeping of plant and equipment’s. Engro Fertilizers Limited Pakistan
