●Support the custodial crew when they convey problematic facility findings and supervise the work of third party vendors to maintain and improve a fully functioning, safe and engaging exhibition and facility.

●Conduct all maintenance, repairs and improvements for the exhibition facility and back of house areas and will assist with the offsite warehouse location as needed. The lead will play a strong role in identifying catastrophic building failures and developing methods to mitigate impact to the exhibition.
