I have extensive working experience in the field of Oil and Gas Sector as Field and DCS Operator, I joined EPRF-I as Junior Field Operator in July 2009 and I have been promoted & transferred at EPRF-II due to my good performance. I have been engaged in Master Start-ups of different modes of Refinery. I operated different DCS of EPRF like Emerson DELTAV, ABB 800xA and Honeywell. Currently I am working at ENAR Petroleum Refining Facility-II as Senior DCS Operator. Carrier Achievements

EPRF is monitored and controlled through DCS Systems with Full Alarming, Monitoring, and Trending Control and Safeguard Philosophy.

Start up & Shut down / safe & smooth operation of plant & Troubleshooting working principle of all equipment

Maintain All Process Variables Control (Level, Temp, Flow and Pressure).

Formulated Shift Starting Status Sheet

Develop an understanding of all operational procedures and practices through on-the-job training, job rotation to ensure readiness and capability, to assume the Operator role

Operate field equipment in accordance with operating and approved safety procedures to ensure effective process flows and optimum operational status of equipment.

Monitor and log all operating parameters ensuring that all irregularities are reported to immediate supervisor for advice and/or resolution.

Prepare field equipment in allocated work area for maintenance activities, follow up execution and re-commission equipment upon satisfactory completion of work.

Amine Dosing in CDU Overhead Line to Control Scaling, Corrosion, and PH too.

I coordinated as operation team member for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up activities of VDU unit. I have worked at VDU, ISOMIRATE Unit for one Year.

Good Knowledge about Cold and Hot Circulation of Refinery.

Provide immediate first-line response capability in the event of emergencies or major incidents in order to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage to Company personnel, assets or the environment.

Ensure incoming shift operator is fully briefed on current operating status and significant events during previous shift, to ensure seamless hand-over of responsibilities

Follow and maintain all operational instruction given by shift coordinator/shift engineer in day-to-day activities and all emergencies/operational activities with other duty operators.

Responsible for carrying out the plant normal activities diligently and writing shift log Book & properly performing shift handing and taking over activities communication about safety, usual and unusual operation

Responsible for informing Shift in charge about the operation and maintenance requirement

Responsible for ensuring compliance of the operating guidelines and standing orders, also Responsible for informing Shift in charge for any deviation or routine, non-routine operational,also responsible to suggest changes to shift in charge regarding the improvement in plant efficiency and safety about plant
