Operational knowledge of analytical instruments like Gas Chromatography, Karl-Fisher Titrator, Petroleum Distillation Apparatus, Spectrocalorimeter, Flash point Closed cup apparatus, Water bath, Hot air Oven, Muffle Furnace.

Experienced in various Quality control tests for Petroleum Solvents like Density, Moisture Content, Colour, Flash Point, Boiling point by distillation, Acidity, NVM, Purity of solvents, Alkalinity and PH.

Experienced in Assay test for Acetic acid, Formic acid and formaldehyde by volumetric titration.

Experienced in testing of Ash content, Solubility in Alcohol, Non volatile matter, Acid Number and melting point for Gum Copal crystals.

Verifying the COA and TCC of Tankers when Raw materials came through tankers.

Approval for Raw material, Packing material and Finished goods in SAP as per GR and production.

Compliance of Guidelines on packing commodity Act for Finished Goods.

Adherence to Standard Operating Procedure and Product specifications.

Handling rejection managements with raw material and packing material vendors in co-ordination with central purchase functions.

Lab Equipment Calibration schedule, Calibration Certificates, Lab Reagents stock and PPE’s, Glassware and Apparatus maintenance.

Identification of Customer key requirement, Filling Vendor Questionnaire as supplier/Trader

Daily, Weekly, JC reports preparation and Providing required data's on time
