I graduated Merrimack High school in 3.5 years where I excelled in mathematics and science. In 1991 I started by own business doing primarily apartment or investment property rehabs in the greater Manchester area. In 1994 I expanded my company to hiring crews and taking on larger projects. In 1995 I bought the first of my three investment properties which I still own today. I deal with all matters of the rental properties, from leasing, property maintenance, collections, evictions, and background checks. In recent years I have cut back on my company, and I am no longer in need of a crew, however I will hire sub-contractors when needed. I own my work van and I have a clean driving record.
