Senior Geoscientist – Actively Job Seeking 11/2023 to Present EXXONMOBIL, Houston, TX 12/2003 to 11/2023

VADEC LOBZA • +1-832-***-**** • ******@******.*** • The Woodlands, TX 2

Senior Geoscience Advisor, Global New Opportunities (2/2021 to 11/2023) Integrate geophysical data and well logs to uncover hydrocarbon potential in offshore Namibia and West Africa, ensuring comprehensive analysis and seismic mapping.

• Identified hydrocarbon prospects by integrating geophysical and well data to map reservoir facies via Formation Evaluation (FE) and Amplitude Versus Offset (AVO) techniques while leading assessments. Senior Geoscience Advisor, Global Unconventional New Opportunities (10/2019 to 2/2021) Evaluated lesser-known basins in Eastern Europe and South America for oil and gas potential, guiding exploratory strategies and fostering international partnerships.

• Achieved strategic entry into untapped markets by identifying and screening under-explored basins, culminating in high-level presentations and initiating governmental dialogue. Senior Production Geoscientist, XTO Development and Production (7/2018 to 10/2019) Designed and executed coring, sampling, analyses and extended wire logging programs for vertical pilot wells.

• Optimized production with a minimal number of wells for XTO (ExxonMobil subsidiary) by designing early pilot program, which lead to 20 efficiently geo-steered wells in complex geological formations.

• Supported the drilling of many horizontal wells in Avalon, Bone Spring, Wolfcamp Shale in Pecos County, Texas, resulting in approximately 1.95 MBO production in their first six months.

• Discovered a shallower, productive zone in a production environment that was previously unknown based on FE analysis (attention to detail on log / log interpretation), leading to significant, additional production. Senior Geoscience Advisor, Exploration Regional Studies (11/2014 to 7/2018) Developed first and novel sedimentary history for an unexplored offshore Caribbean Panama Basin and characterized it’s hydrocarbon potential. Instrumental in design of the 2017 ION multi-client 2D seismic survey.

• Panama Offshore 2016-2018: Identified Caribbean Panama Basin hydrocarbon prospects by analyzing 2D seismic data, leading to a historical reconstruction of Panama and Costa Rica isthmus' rise beneath the sea.

• Peru Onshore Regional Study 2014-2015: Delivered a complete hydrocarbon assessment of Peru's Foreland Basins, overcoming complex geological histories by integrating seismic, wireline, drilling, and analytical data to map stratigraphic intervals and model basin dynamics for Maranon, Huallaga, Ucayali, and Madre de Dios regions.

Geoscience Exploration Drill Well Coordinator, Kurdistan (8/2013 to 11/2014) Delivered successful exploration outcomes in Kurdistan by forging robust partnerships with geoscience teams, devising detailed sampling and logging schemes, and overseeing the strategic implementation of drilling operations. EARLY CAREER

Geoscience Advisor, Unconventional Resources / Exploration, ExxonMobil 7/2010 to 8/2013

• Led to Exxon’s major success in the next stages of a wildcat exploration campaign in the Vaca Muerta Shale, Argentina: LdM-1X and PdY-1X (discovery well) by providing rare insights based on data analysis, integration, interpretation, planning and drilling strengths as the sole geoscientist on intersecting projects. Production Geoscientist, Chad Production, ExxonMobil 3/2006 to 7/2010

• Discovered additional recoverable volumes by proposing and drilling a near-field wildcat well which extended the size of existing field and added 4MBO to recoverable reserves

• Drilled 40+ production and pressure support wells in 3 fields resulting in increase of recovered volumes Geoscientist, Geoscience New-Hire Program, ExxonMobil 12/2003 to 3/2006 VADEC LOBZA • +1-832-***-**** • ******@******.*** • The Woodlands, TX 3
