Registered Nurse for COVID-MPX-OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE Investigations Project
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Dear Hiring Manager:
Due to my prior 1980’-90’s experience with HIV contact tracing and public health in the US Prison system and a family member having HIV.
The HIV communicable disease case investigation seems to be very similar to the current Covid-MPX- Other Communicable diseases Investigation Project.
I bring to you a broad and diverse professional and personal understanding for your COVID- 19 Case Investigator and Contact Tracing position.
1.My background includes set up and medical management of HIV Units in the US prison systems.
2.Received training from directly from Center for Disease (CDC) for treatment plans of care, Personal Protective Equipment for medical care, employee and visitor personal protection, management of contaminated waste disposal, and investigation of exposures in the US prison population and their visitors/family.
3.Personally, a family member had HIV in Chattanooga. My siblings and I are Registered Nurses. We assisted the Chattanooga HIV patients with education, getting care and treatment, obtaining PPE for patient and family member, found providers who would treatment after they found out that I had access to CDC guidelines and the largest HIV units in the country.
4.Based on your job description, I feel that I would be an “experienced” health care provider and resource as Health Care Educator to patient & family members and your health care team.
This would be an excellent job for me, and would like an opportunity to interview for the “Registered Nurse for COVID-MPX-OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE”
