I operated the machine for 8oz-1, 8oz-2 and 3 Ib cream cheese, palletize and packed as needed. I was responsible for disassembling and cleaning the machine as well as reassembling the machine, I also assisted with dumping ingredients into the cheese maker bowl.

I supervised all finish line employees which included duties such as being responsible for dividing customer tips amongst the employees, putting employees on break, and assisting the finish line employees with detailing customers vehicles.
