Roles and Responsibilities:

Daily review of In-process rejection in DWM meeting. Handling of In-house rejection with DWM and Viewing the customer portal line rejection (PRR). Responsible for customer complaint and submit corrective action in customer portal after validation. Review and maintain in process quality with a control plan. Review on check point and Poke-Yoke check list are in working condition. Responsible for Quality Activities through SAP.

Prepare Monthly Pareto trend chart with 80/20 rule through DWM sheet with SAP. Doing the monthly process and product audit and responsible for customer audits. Responsible for Review and closure of CAPDo from production team. Analysis and preparing 8D and SCAR report to customer regarding the complaint. Responsible for Effectiveness Monitoring of PCA and Customer PPM8D tracking for previous complaints. Conducting SPC study on in-house products and Doing Layout inspection for the different stages as per plan. Responsible for customer audit and queries and made timely observation points after horizontal deployment. Calibration and Planning of new Gauges and instruments for Development products (NPD Activities). Conducting MSA study as per plan on Gauges and instruments for existing and new products. Compliance of CSR and Material test report as per customer requirements by means of report as per plan. Conducting Gemba meeting to analyzing the in-house rejection and implementing corrective action, Poke-Yoke. Responsible for CTQ parameters, In-House and customer complaints regarding to line inspection and initiating ICA With Cut off details.
