I was responsible in building parts of power generator for electric trucks. I was doing functional test and make it sure that the unit was fully functional. I am also doing an assembly of high voltage cable that will connect the power generator to other device. After final assembly and testing I was doing documentation and prepare for shipping.

Responsible for the assembly of cellphone antenna circuit. Prepare the cable wires with the use of an auto cutting machine. Solder the pre-cut wires that connect the circuit boards and elements mounted on top of the chassie. Perform IM Test( Intracellular Modular Test) to determine if the antenna is within the appropriate range of signal.

I was able to learn the assembly of several types of Night Vision scopes in just a few weeks of working with the company.

Skills Used

I develop my skill in working with lenses by its proper handling and gluing. I also have to be very careful and make it sure that lenses are totally free of dust once it is installed. I also need to use my soldering skill in connecting together small wires.

Responsibilities

I was responsible to do a deburring job for an under chassie metal part of the electric car. I was also responsible for the quality of the product coming out of the diecast machine and make it sure that they are free of cracks and other defects.

I have trained several new comers and make it sure that they learn how to do the job accurately and build up their confidence as soon as possible by showing them respect and my full support for them. Skills Used
