Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of the company’s human resources and safety department for approximately 1300 employees throughout five states (TX, VA, TN, GA, and UT). These responsibilities consist of employee relations, training, safety, workers compensation, risk management, onboarding and recruitment, and benefits.

KEY RESULTS:
