JS DESIGN STUDIO, LLC is a consulting design firm that began in 2011 and became a limited liability company in 2020. JS DS has helped design firms successfully complete deliverables as an agent representing each design firms brand, aesthetic and integrity.

• Manage Construction Administration on large-scale multi-family projects (Cumulus, Carmel Partners, Los Angeles)

• FF&E Designer for all public spaces on the 1 Hotel, West Hollywood. This project was a full renovation of 286 rooms and all public areas.

• From concept to contract documentation, responsibilities included all FF&E concept, schematic design, design development, specifications, and contract documents.

• Complete concept and SD package for DREAM, Las Vegas Hotel. LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER / 2016-2017

AUX ARCHITECTURE

• Project Leader/Manager on all Interior projects including in house team, project consultants and client presentations. Responsible for all phases of project work, including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, contract documents, and supporting specifica- tions.

• Lead Interior Designer & Project Manager on full renovation project in West Hollywood. BBCM, formerly known as Cravings consists of a full bar, new kitchen, two offices, two dining rooms, and an outdoor patio.

• Lead Designer on five restaurants by the Chin Chin Group. Full renovation of each project in various locations from California to Hawaii.

• Lead Designer on all residential projects, from material selection to custom furniture and lighting, interior construction documents, and purchasing. LEAD INTERIOR DESIGNER / 2015 -2016

DAVID HILL DESIGN

• Lead Designer and Project Manager on full renovation of Starwood Hotel in Vancouver, Can- ada. The Westin Grand Hotel renovation consisted of 207 hotel room suites, 8 model rooms, all public areas and entries. Public areas included a bar, restaurant, lobby and concierge. INTERIOR DESIGNER / 2014-2015

STUDIO COLLECTIVE

• Lead Designer and Project Manager on SWAY, Santa Monica, a new construction project for Alliance Residential. Scope of work consisted of all public spaces on a high-end luxury multi-family apartment building in Santa Monica.
