- Collaborate with operations teams, project managers, in-house architectural staff as well as consulting architects, engineers, and preferred developers in the overall development of assigned facility projects.

- Consult with operations staff to determine functional and spatial requirements of projects, and prepare information regarding design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.

- Plan, design and administer construction of building projects with general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new projects and assignment.

- Prepare space plans, schematic designs, and occasional preliminary plans for all project types.

- Execute construction drawings, specifications and contract documents on selected projects.

- Execute scope drawings for bid for finish replacement projects.

- Develop, maintain and review design, space, specification, detail and construction document standards

- Provide guidance to appropriate related internal and external parties on Building Codes, State DPH Regulations, AIA guidelines and ADA Compliance as it applies to project.

- Assist in product and building material evaluation and selection.

- Provide guidance and support to architectural staff and project managers regarding a wide range of design/construction problems toward ensuring appropriate resolution.
