The Encapsulation Department is responsible for forming a frame around the glass by injecting a polymer on the border through a framing mold.

Responsible for establishing a “Safety First” environment. Re-aligned department to separate forklift and pedestrian interaction.

Ensure daily production requirements meet Customer expectations.

Develop Department budget including manpower alignment, equipment planning and KPI targets against sales forecast.

Support New Model Development team by implementing Gate Review methodology.

Coordinate forecast review with Supply Chain representative, Production Scheduler and Supervisors to ensure efficient production output.

Championed the re-alignment of our production flow to include line-side inspection. The re-alignment allowed us to address production concerns at the Associates level.
