* Items Attribute is for New Vendors we have to verify on Stella /WMS programs that the vendors are sending the correct merchandise in size, color, brand, quantity, and material so that when the customer is shopping online they get the correct merchandise.

* Returns Department- The department receives customer’s orders either because they had a change of mind/exchange/wrong ect. We use their reservation number and insert it in the Program * * Mainframe and customer’s information will appear. Our goal is to credit the customer account within 72 hours so that the customer can continue to shop at Macys. Productivity is 24 units per hour.

* Queues Are messages from MCCS ( Macy's customer service ) when a customer has not received their credit therefore we research their account and tracking number that MCCS has provided us with. We verify to make sure we did receive the merchandise and process credit.

Once a patient is done with all their treatment, I would get all the paperwork ready for their release and I would also help with completing the doctor’s final report. This will include a car collision report, patients’ treatment information, x-rays taken, EMG Report, diagnosis and all the Chiropractic adjustments.

* Medical Liens- Creating patient’s medical liens so they can receive Chiropractic treatment and once the patient’s treatment is done, I will go and create a release of medical liens for the patients.
