-Managing the buildings and equipment for one of the country’s largest craft only beer distributors

-Responsible for the growth from four buildings in three states to 12 buildings in 5 states during a period of 20% yearly average growth

-Responsible for implementation of warehouse management system in all facilities

-Oversaw the opening of Cavalier into the Florida market. Negotiated leases, equipment purchases,

-Managed the move of our hub in Lakeland Florida in 2019. Successfully transitioned with new building upgrades and move in 8 month time frame. Upgrades to include office buildout, receiving docks, cooler, warehouse refrigeration, pallet racking, and equipment upgrades. Entire project was four percent over the 1.8 million budget.
