Department of Home Affairs Canada Announces to invite Skilled and unskilled 40

manpower applications along with LMIA for Work Visa. Benefits Provided by Company

Contract and Visa = 2years

Wages = 3500 CAD and above

Working = 8hrs/day, 5 day/ week

Benefits = Food/Accommodation/Transport

Leaves/annum = 30 leaves/12 sick leaves

Air ticket = Joining/Return both

Insurance = Health & Travel

Service Charges = Deduction from Salary

Procedure to Obtain Visa

Forward your CV (Resume), Passport for check your job eligibility’s.

If eligible then you will receive Confirmation letter issued by our Canadian company.

After your confirmation letter received. You have to pay 101.26 $ (6200 INR) as Registration Charges.

After your charges company will provide you Job offer letter and you can check it all details on Canadian company website.

Then you have to submit your PCC (Police Clearance Certificate), Qualification, Experience certificates along with Visa Size photograph, Health Check- up report by panel of physician’s authorized from Canadian High Commission.

Then your file will be prepared by Immigration Lawyer and will be apostilled

(Certified) by MEA (Ministry of External Affairs).* File preparation charges depend on immigration lawyer.

After Apostulation file will be submitted in Canadian High Commission of Canada, File Submission Charges and Lawyer Charges is worth 326.64 $+ 163.32 $ CAD or

(20,000INR +10,000 INR) INR

LMIA Charges 989.76 $, (60,000 INR)

After file submission you will receive an Acknowledgement letter issued from High Commission of Canada.

High commission will approve your visa within 30 days.

After Visa Service Charges will be deducted from Salary. Deduction is 50,000 Thousand for 06 Months.

Air ticket will be provided by company.
