• Managed all Facilities Engineering activities (using EPCOM and PIP.ORG ) and Maintenance, Start- up commissioning activities including a member of the site leadership team in Eastman chemicals Oxo chemical manufacturing facility (iHibu, nHbu, 2EH, NPG90, n-Butanol, Texanol, TXIB, HYCO, PSA units, Propylene purification) at Jurong Island where one of the products falls under the FDA/cGMP process. • Implemented condition-based maintenance programs for 22KV and 6.6KV equipment, Protection relay coordination using SKM Power tools, Transformers partial discharge, Oil DGA test to detect the condition and life of transformers, all LV equipment including switchgear, and MCC distribution panels partial IR thermography which prevented any un-planned production loss due to Electrical equipment failures.

We implemented mechanical programs such as Vibration Monitoring, Lubrication program, Corrosion monitoring program, Compressor maintenance, Pump maintenance, Leak clamp management program, and Tank inspection programs.

• These programs helped the site to achieve an unplanned production loss of less than 0.5% with a maintenance cost of less than 2% of asset replacement for the past 20 years.

Eastman Chemical Plant in Singapore at 50 and 71 Sakra Avenue in Jurong Island is closed down due to the High Propylene raw material price in Singapore which in Texas is almost half the price. I held multiple roles as Facilities Engineering Manager, Site Electrical Engineer, and Site IT Managerial role. The Reliability Engineer and IT contractor were direct reports to me. The maintenance contract workforce, maintenance Engineer, and DCS Specialist are functionally reporting to me. I am a Singapore Citizen holding a Singapore passport and Indian OCI since 1997 so I can apply for H1-B1 Visa which never reached its quota.

I will be visiting San Francisco in Feb 2024 so I will be able to meet personally. I am looking for 2 years contract position and I will relocate to USA. My daughters are living in USA.
