Began in the Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac store that was in merger with all the brands being combined under one roof. Was hired as Sales Manager to install Process and Procedures for the new Platform Director to ensure a smooth transition of the brands to improve growth. I then was moved into the Volkswagen Audi Acura stores by the Dealer Principle to do the same for the three franchises he had just acquired.

Ethos Group, Quakertown PA, Smithfield NC 2005 - 2010

Worked with a Finance and Re-Insurance group to install process. Served as the GSM/Finance Director over a various stores as a consultant, recruiter and trainer. My responsibility was to move to stores within the Ethos umbrella repair, retrain, recruit and hire Sales, Sales Managers and Finance and Insurance Managers. I spent one year in North Carolina with a multi-franchise dealer before being asked to move to Pennsylvania to assist the Dealer who had just purchased two stores. Franchises included Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Hyundai Dodge Chrysler Jeep Kia Honda Mitsubishi Ford Lincoln Mercury
