Sr. QA Analyst

Citi Prepaid Service operates as a subsidiary of Citibank, National Association.

The Citi prepaid service’s Internal Customer Service department manually faxes number of forms with credit card transaction detail to users that request them through the course of their interaction. The CSA fax functionality would provide the benefit of enabling external Customer Service representatives to handle such user requests directly, eliminating the necessity to escalate each such request to Citi internal Customer service and thereby reducing the workload on internal representatives.
