Investigate all tooling and production issues associated with fabrication / assembly and installation. Coordinate with customer’s buyers / perform root cause and corrective action investigation when supplied parts do not meet expectations. Coordinate with customer for special tooling to be used for after purchase support of their product.

1998 – 2008 – Aero CNC, (Mfg Engineer / Production Manager), Evaluate engineering and create production and purchase Planning. Investigate all tooling and production issues associated with fabrication / assembly and installation. Coordinate with customer’s buyers / perform root cause and corrective action investigation when supplied parts do not meet expectations.

1995 – 1998 – Aero CNC, (CNC Machine Operator), Performed quality assurance checks for CNC programs and parts. Responsible for reviewing and editing CNC programs.

1984 - 1994 - La Mot Corporation, (Production Manager), Coordinate between fabrication shop and assembly installation areas to ensure part configurations meet downstream expectations. Identify discrepancies and perform root cause investigation and corrective action implementation. Dealt with customers and suppliers to ensure on time delivery per contract requirements.
