I am incharge of running 4 palletizers A-line, B-line, C-line and Bottle-line, but on my shift is rear and not always Bottle-line runs on second shift, I have to make sure I'm sending 100% nothing but excellent and good product to the customer, I have to make sure the pallets are coming out of the palletizers straight and the cases are not damaged with each of them with there correct label and information, I olso make a pallet tag for each pallet and make sure the flavors have the correct dates the size and the correct information is on every single pallet, I pick up 2 pallets at a time from the palletizers and I drive them in the trucks ready to ship, one flavor and one size per each truck, I olso have to make sure I separate each and every different brand,and I have to be on point with my (pallet-count) and my partials, so I can turn in my paperwork correct, I load from 15 to 25 trucks per day, my schedule is from 2pm until 2am but there are days that I stay over late and I take a second lunch because I get my (job-done) of course with my team, I do have a partner that is a temp but they dont last long or they don't put no effort into it or they CAN'T hang with the schedule being too long, i am no better than any other employee from any warehouse but I do get my (job-done, I am looking for my NEXT BIG CHALLENGE BECAUSE IS TIME FOR ME TO MOVE ON TO BETTER THINGS, I am olso incharge of unloading (3 truck loads of CHEP- BLUE PALLETS, and I'm incharge of bringing the pallets into the pallet staging area and ready to load into each palletizers, I have TO BE VERY FOCUS ON NOT SENDING DAMAGED OR BROKEN CHEP-BLUE PALLETS TO THE CUSTOMER, MAKE SURE I DRIVE SAFE LOOK OUT FOR MY SURROUNDINGS AND TEAM CREW AND EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE, I RESPECT EVERYONE AND I ALWAYS LIKE TO COME IN THE NEXT DAY AND GET MY JOB DONE SAFELY BETTER THAN I DID THE DAY BEFORE, I WORK MONDAY-FRIDAYS 2PM TO 2AM ON THE HOLYDAYS I WORK OVER 14HOURS BECAUSE 1ST SHIFT IS NOT COMING IN AND JUST GOTTA GET ( JOB-DONE).
I olso stage product in the warehouse perfectly stock 3 high neatly and very line up into each BAYS in the warehouse, I make room by opening bays and moving the old product forward and put the new product in, I like to help my next door neighbor in the next work area cus we work as a team COMMUNICATION IS THE SPECIAL KEY TO GET THE (JOB-DONE) IN A SAFELY WAY, I AM A VERY QUIET person and I like to KEEP TO MYSELF but that doesn't make me better than any other employee from any warehouse I have a very skilled and very experienced work status AND I LOVE WHAT I DO.
