worked from home in a fast and high paced call volume. I helped patients with their medication needs, whether be refill prescriptions, check statues of orders update information in file, or making new files for patients to order prescription through Irmat Pharmacy.I made sure all needs of the patients were met with the up most care for any and all their needs. I did this through my computer and also phone. I also helped do a campaign that was called AD(Auto Dial) were I called patients for insurance information as well as payments.
