Seeking a challenge or a bigger paycheck in a floor or leadership position, 18 yrs of production experience. I can do task and do so at the top level often learning a position in less time than most consistently. Running out of ladder to climb would make younger me restless. This gave me a great deal of experience in everything. I mean everything. From u.s. infantryman in Georgia to sea food processor in the eastern aluetian Islands Alaska. Class 6 woodworker in mn to timepiece mechanic in Texas. And more than I care to write or you care to read. I see the path to the answer quickly and move there efficiently; leading by example or even friendly rivalry to elevate moral, and in turn production. I believe negative attitudes in the workplace and low moral to be extremely contagious and will damage the over all effectiveness of a crew and drive productivity into the ground. Hence, I generally work to enjoy what I do, making our work a point of pride; as happy employees are just going to take care of buisness better than those who never invest themselves in the common goal. Thus will not likley see the fruis of their labor. So that is what I do. How did you ever live without me? Willing to relocate: Anywhere

Work Experience

Laborer/Construction Worker

Sub-Contracting - Metro mn

September 2022 to April 2023

Pretty much anything a customer needs done to their homes or businesses from New heating systems, restorations after damage from floods, fires ect, windows, decks, small gigs never the same twice. Then there is the new builds from the ground up, some times framing houses; sometimes pole barns. Insulation and siding to old buildings, in Alaska I did much of the same type of work. For a short time I did seemless gutters as well. All this experience makes me very well rounded while I couldn't say I have years in any single area of construction, I certainly feel experienced enough in most trade work that feel comfortable joining any crew doing any specific skilled crew. I'm not going to be green no matter what the job. Heavy Machinery Operator

Ruan via vision staffing - Saint Cloud, MN

April 2022 to June 2022

This was a temporary position where bobcat had a huge number of skidsteers, and toolcats still being built but with covid there was a shortage of the hubs that act essentially as the brain of the machine. Around 6k bobcats had to be stored in a 1million Sq ft facility until they could have the missing parts installed. Trucks delivered them 6-8 at a time and my job was to unload them, drive them to the correct spot in the massive building, document the correct location, and what ever needs said machine had in order to be ready to ship out to dealer. I loved this job so I took it apon myself to learn every step of the process from receiving to shipping out. I Learned how to Install all of the parts, how to calibrate the computer to drive properly. How to pick orders for shipping, and loading trailers both in closed and flatbed trailers. We worked ourselves out a job here and we were no longer needed a month ahead of schedule but the things I learned are for more valuable than a few checks. While I've been running skidsteers since I was small child, here I learned the maintenance side of the machine so now I'm a double threat with these machines.
