During the course of my career I was a self-contractor. My Duties were as follows:
● Private Investigator- I Investigated suspected fraudulent Workman’s Compensation claims by gathering photographic and video evidence by means of covert surveillance. The evidence gathered and my 10-20 page report were then turned over to the Client/ insurance company and District Attorney for felony prosecution of subject.
● SIU Investigations- I conducted recorded statement interviews with subject and insured, gathered medical documents, reviewed financial banking records and conducted forensic audits of said documents. I then interviewed all witness’s, Police Investigators and Fire Marshals and compiled a 10-20 page report with photos, recorded statements and video evidence, which was turned over to the Client/ Insurance company and District Attorney for felony prosecution of subject.
