● Served as Quality Assurance Dept. manager (Nims) - redesigning the function and ‘target outcomes’ of the Quality Assurance Team, to provide timely and meaningful input for departmental analysis; defect-diminishment rate 80%

● Coordinated I.T. projects from installation to testing to training and technical support, to ensure compliance with client performance expectations and also ensure competent adherence of internal staff to all client requirements

● Sought by senior management to modify ALL existing Revenue Accounting software to accommodate new industry specific federal regulations; researched, designed, wrote, and tested all modifications on time and under budget

● Project Leader for large–scale (Y2K date conversion) project supervising team of programmer/analysts with the goal to harmonize over 100 programs for continued, accurate processing of pricing, billing, and revenue tracking

● Contracted by industry leading pharmaceutical company to resolve ‘sporadic systems glitch’ previously unresolved in former attempts by various analyst/programmers over an 18 month period; ‘glitch resolved’ to ALL-user satisfaction resulting in efficiency improvement for end-users of the system.
