Perform first piece approval process with Team Leads and Technicians to ensure parts conform to standards.

Train GP-12 inspectors and operators on work instructions, quality inspections and 5S. Complete LPA’s maintaining up-to-date and accurate information in Ease.

Dock Audit over 9 programs and minimize scrap. Review and sign off on production scrap produced by shift.

Alert all departments of issues found on the production floor and shipping dock area. Created daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Upper Management.
