Internship started in May 2004, hired full time after 9 months. Work with clients to design residential and commercial building projects. Coordinated with engineers on structural documents. Knowledge of all local, state and national building codes, including ADA requirements. Provide interior and exterior renderings using Revit, Impressions, and Sketchup. Project management, working with contractors during construction. Create presentation renderings for developments and other projects using Revit and Sketchup. Part of team on design phase of all LEED projects including EAC-2, Optimizing Energy Performance.
