Managed two pods and lead the delivery of Backend Migration and modernization project from Legacy code base to AWS, where the team delivered the application AWS in frame of 1 Year. Major Deliverables: 2 x Scrumteams, responsible for deliverable of the migration project, were task was to move entire application from on-prem to AWS Cloud and transition from onshore to offshore model. Managed two scrums teams that help the Client to reach the goal of having below 100 Production Defects at the end of year, and moved the team to feature works, where the team delivered couple of features every release. Major Deliverables: 2 x Scrum teams, responsible for the Defect Backlog of 650+ defects, were tasked to reduce the defect counts to under 200 in 24 x Sprints.
