Develops and maintains a system of monitoring the safety and cleanliness of all Bulk Road Vehicles (BRV). Ensures strict adherence to Bulk Road Vehicles (BRV) safety checklists. Ensures all Bulk Road Vehicles (BRV) licenses, permits, inspections and other related documents are completed and renewed as required by state authorities.
Prepares and reports on monthly Bulk Road Vehicles (BRV) turnaround, BRV performance and driver utilization. Reviews works of Bulk Road Vehicles (BRV) drivers and mechanics and provide input to manager on performance. Facilitates and reviews state documents. (i.e. police and accident reports, etc.) for further processes. Reports fuel purchases by Bulk Road Vehicles (BRV), files receipts and complete the necessary paperwork for payment of fuel vendors in cooperation with the staff person responsible for accounts payable. Maintains required information regarding the license and driving records for BRV drivers and all others authorized to use operational vehicles.
Monitors GPS vehicle tracking systems.
Prepares and reports on weekly and monthly BRV conditions. Provides weekly operations information for planning purposes. Reimbursement of petty cash for BRV drivers expenses and office management And other assigned duties
