I run daily operations for a cricket hatchery, where we deliver up to 9 million crickets a week! With that I am in charge to make sure that all those crickets are thriving, along with the company standards. Starting my day, I instruct my team on the jobs that will be divvied up throughout the day, that would consist of the care of the crickets to make sure they are healthy. I usually have 8-10 people under my supervision any given day. I also operate the forklift daily to help with the facility needs. I am always willing to help out and assist where I can.

For my accomplishments, I started as a production worker, they then promoted me as head of Maintenance, followed by seeing my work ethic and drive offered me the management position. All within 6 months!
