Seasoned Senior Executive with more than 35 years of success within multiple industry sectors. Leveraging extensive experience managing supply chain, operations and business development for large aerospace and supply chain/logistics companies within the defence and commercial business areas.

Serves as CEO of Rebound Dynamics. Rebound provides real-time visibility to inventory weather in a warehouse or in remote locations, Restructured this start up and refined the business model, created a top notch leadership team, and positioned the company for growth.

Served as an Industry Executive with Deloitte Consulting within the Supply Chain and Network Operations organization. Focused cross sector to include aviation, automotive, tech, and medical devices among others. Developed business and advised senior leaders (C Suite) on their Supply Chain and Digital Strategy within their organizations and how best to structure systems and processes to meet their corporate strategy.

Held senior leadership positions at companies in the aerospace and defence sector including Incora, XPO/GXO Logistics, Honeywell Aerospace, and Engility. As President for the Americas with Incora was responsible for jumpstarting the company’s western hemisphere business sector and achieving double-digit YOY profitable growth. At XPO/GXO Logistics, led creation of the company’s aerospace and defence division (Senior Vice President) and grew it 5X in revenue over five years. Provided 3/4PL services to major clients including Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Sikorsky, P&W, UTAS, Honeywell, Woodward and Raytheon. Previously spent five years as a Sr. Director with Honeywell Aerospace within the Defence and Commercial Market Segments providing aftermarket leadership for Honeywell product to large A&D companies and Airlines. Spent five years as Director of Operations Research with Engility working sustainability design for the F35. Served 10 years in the USAF in both operational and supply chain roles.

Married 32 years (and counting) to Linda Schneider. John and Linda have two children, Jonathan and Alex – plus two grandsons.

Education includes a BS in Industrial and Systems Management, MBA in Operations Management, MS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
