Project Description:

Phase-1 Migration from Workfusion to UIPath and Phase 2 & 3 completely in UIPath

Group of underwriters will entry the policies which are ready for non-renew or require policy change on a web application. Bot will connect to this web application using API (API Automation) and will fetch all the READY status forms available in the Get Transaction State and write them to the Orchestrator queue.

Process Transaction state will get the queue item and them go to different applications to get the policy details and then generate the Legal Notice in a web application using web-Automation. While generating Legal Notices, Bot will go to respective state rule and regulations and popup question and answers provided in Excel file on a shared folder.

Once the Notices are generated, on the mail date, Audit bot will verify if all the data points are accurate to avoid Compliance issues. Once the Audit is completed, Print bot will generated the PDF batches and will send them to a remote print server. Once the batch files are downloaded, Shell script will be invoked to send these batch files over to a remote server to print them manually and the mail to the policy holder.

This process involves excel manipulations along with macros, this spread across with 52 global currencies and their daily exchange rate. Bot will read a huge excel using Apache POI and then extract desired columns of the excel sheet and then will prepare a consolidated report. Using the combination of Groovy script and VB for downloading required input files and then manipulating the data accordingly.

A major bank in Mauritius has their datacenter in Mauritius and they have weekly patches to be applied on the existing servers during the green zone. Bot will get the latest updates and download the latest patch from the website and then apply the patches and then sends report the IT department.
