Leading Edge Innovation, Sample Program Manager and QC Support January 2022-Present

• Manage all aspects of LEI's sample programs which supports R&D, Quality, Operations, Project management and Marketing Department.

• Receive, collect, process incoming and outgoing samples.

• Maintain a thorough storage system for all samples.

• Data entry, organize and maintain several database systems.

• Clean and maintain the sample lab and lab equipment.

• Bulk Re-certification and testing management.

• Finished goods and finished bulk sample management.

Leading Edge Innovation, Sample coordinator June 2020 - December 2021

• Receive and process marketing samples submission request.

• Follow up with representative submitting the form and/or lab production as needed.

• Review available bulk needed to support the sample request.

• Fill and label samples, complete submission form.

• Pack samples and supporting document to prepare for shipment.

• Once shipment is complete, send an email to appropriate personnel with shipment tracking number, CoA, and fact sheets.

• Update and maintain Sample Submission status report.

• File and maintain customer project retain samples and records.

Sensient Technologies, Sample Lab Tech November 2019-May 2020

• Fulfill sample request orders received via salesforce.

• Use Microsoft Access to update inventory.

• Re-pack samples, make labels, prep packages for FedEx.

• Receive materials from production and enter it to the systems.

• Communicate with sales representative and client to resolve any issues.

• Clean flow hood, and counters at the beginning and end of shift.

Zeus, Load-out Technician June 2015 – August 2017

• Loud-out reagents and solutions according GMP. (Loaded out conjugates, Sample diluents, stop solution, controls which contain human plasma, into bottles and then label them and QC check them for the correct lot numbers, expiration dates, and description.)

• Use Personal Protection Equipment (Lab coat, gloves, goggles, and respirator mask)

• Received OSHA health and safety training.

• Start up the chemical room which include:

• Calibrating PH meter and record PH reading of the calibrating fluids in the PH meter logbook.

•Calibrate balance using calibration weight set and record the results in the balance logbook.

•Check Deionized water system (make sure tank life indicator is green, UV light indicator is on, and check if the ohm meter is within the acceptable range)

• Autoclave tubing, and bottles.

• Disinfecting hoods and equipment.
