OBJECTIVE

Tam currently looking for a job as a CNA. I recently started working as a CNA and have found a new

passion as a Caregiver. I graduated from a CNA tradeschool and have been working through a Registry

App. I have gained valuable work experience working through this App but I am ready to find a permanent

job.

EXPERIENCE

I am doing shift work through a CNA Registry App called Clipboard Health. I work at different facilities each

week. L have worked at Long Term Care facilities, Sub Acute Rehabilitation facilities, Skilled Nursing

facilities and at Hospitals. I am thankful for the experience I've had at each type of facility.

EDUCATION

I graduated High School at Sky High in 1997 in Yucca Valley California, I received my diploma there.

1 also attended Perpetual Enhancement Career Academy in San Bernardino California in 2023. There I

received my certification to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
