2019- Project Management consisting managing resources for Fedramp certified with NIST controls datacenter build-out for hosting (now Cloud) industry, procurement, implementation, security monitoring, training, DR risk mitigation and documentation for various customers’ needs using multiple OS as well as DB and Web custom applications. Environment includes Cisco UCS, EMC Isilon, Symmetrix, VNX, Vplex and HP Cloud (Matrix) Solutions depended on customer’s needs – 2009-2014.

2016- HMA - 65,000 employees migrated to a centralized datacenter with coordination of IT resources from disparate hospitals which included popular networking resources and vendors. Environment includes Cisco UCS, EMC Isilon, Symmetrix, VNX, Vplex and mainframe storage as well as HP, IBM . Completed migrations from 2014-2015 for various Hospitals to consolidated datacenter. Application development support management using Microsoft Dynamics.

2009- Project Management for the separation of Harris’ Microwave division to a separate company (Aviat). Reduced the cost of running the IT functions by 80% after migration of 3500 users off of the parent resources.

2006- Project Management/Coordination for the implementation of Software/Hardware Upgrades for 1400 servers which included backup and SAN support for multiple EMC Symmetrix 8830 and Adic iScalar 2000 robotics for 100+servers in the Enterprise/Exchange operations department of the Dept of Veterans Affairs – EMC Smarts implementation and development of Sharepoint solutions

2002- Various Firewall technologies, architected and implemented T1 and 56K dedicated lines to form a cohesive internet site with an intranet that provided secure transactions across country for over 30,000 employees. This site presently entertains over 12 million hits daily utilizing a load balancing hardware solution.

Designed and implemented a LAN/WAN network for Vetol Oil companies’ Newfoundland refinery, taking into consideration language differences, weather conditions and education constraints.

Project Management tasks for GDCCS in the deployment of the Cyber security infrastructure SOC environment, both supporting the deployment of customer monitoring appliances and the infrastructure to support multiple customers in a secure monitoring center which utilized Arcsight as the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) utilizing multiple monitoring applications.

Interact with multiple teams and customers, assist with deployment of a significant number of resources and tracking of systems as well as some integration with other security protocols to be used in the desired SEIM.

Migration of customer site resources from Equinox to AWS – 2015-2017

AWS DR deployment with SME team for scripting of logs to Glacier -

Reporting on customer appliances, networking/infrastructure utilization and upgrade plans for up to 17 sites and 35000 devices per site.

Position: Project Manager for Cisco for Bank of America migration

Project Management tasks for Cisco in the deployment of upgrades for the network gear in a worldwide FDIC approved datacenter for banking (Bank of America). Responsible for Requirements gathering, cost estimations, scoping, documentation, and Implementation support which includes customer and technical resource interaction of over 150 engineers. Working on 25-35 project concurrently with responsibility for keeping project within 3% of projected costs.

Interact with multiple teams, assist with resource allocation and prioritization. Responsible for Project financial setup, tracking and closure. Completed all documentation and invoicing development for customer.
