Responsibilities being executed:
• Conduct regular inspections of all organizational Fleet and hired vehicles to ensure proper mechanical condition, ensuring timely repairs when necessary
• Prepare, verify, and sign off on warehouse and transport documents, maintaining confidential files and accurate transaction records.
• Perform comprehensive warehouse closing reconciliations and routine/monthly physical stock counts, analyzing discrepancies, and preparing corresponding reports.
• Manage fuel to facilitate the effective implementation of sub-program activities
• Monitor warehouse conditions and commodities, taking necessary actions to ensure efficient space-planning and adherence to warehouse standards.
