Harrison French Associates; Leadership Style
During my Strategic Management class, my team and I partnered with Harrison French Architects to implement a new leadership style. We started by researching the current leadership style and then gathered data on how other companies achieved the desired style. Finally, we presented our findings to the executives and stakeholders at HFA.
BAE Systems; Supply Chain Approach
As part of my Supply Chain Management class, we were tasked with researching the supply chain approach of a chosen company. My team and I began by researching the company, its values, and strategy towards creating its products. Once we had concluded our investigation, we wrote our findings into an executive summary and presented them to the class.

Account Receivables Representative
In this role I oversee multiple customer accounts where I manage the receivables for each account.
I filter and sort through large quantities of data to audit invoices, process balance dues and revenue adjustments. I have built relationship with each of my customers, which has allowed me to work with them to identify root causes for ongoing problems and begin to resolve the issue. In addition, I work with internal teams to improve processes, discuss action plans to resolve issue and meet the department goals.

My primary responsibility was to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. This included ordering all the raw materials, billing, and monitoring inventory. In addition, I created new systems to improve the efficiency of the business and monitor those systems once in place.

I oversaw a group of 18 school-aged children in an afterschool care program, maintaining a clean, organized, inviting environment that was safe and developmentally appropriate. In addition, I worked to build positive relationships, communicating well with parents, co-workers, school personnel and others.
Arkansas Missouri Railroad Passenger Train May 2016-December 2018
Lead train attendant.
My primary responsibility was to oversee the day to day running of the passenger train whilst it is in operation, providing supervision of junior staff members, ensuring the smooth operation of the passenger environment on the train. I also managed the operation of the onboard gift shop, selling souvenirs to passengers and performing inventory control.
