This project is the redesign of Shiraz, the former rack system responsible for holding the cooling modules, power modules, wiring, and other various components for Google’s data centers. Jessie is responsible for the production plan for the build that is distributed to Google, as well as the general contractors. She is also responsible for aiding in the design of the racks, analyzing the space of the server hall and visualizing how they can best fit in the space allowed. Jessie also helps advise contractors on the right equipment to use and the delivery schedule, as well as the storage areas for the components that arrive on site. Shiraz gPOR3.3, North America (August 2023-November 2023) This project is the original design of the rack system for Google that holds the cooling modules, power network modules, auxiliary service panels, and other various components. Jessie is responsible for the production plan, the design of the racks, the choice in equipment, and laydown areas for the components at site. EYD gPOR3.3, North America (April 2023-August 2023) This project encapsulates the electrical yard for a Google data center build. It holds the generators and all external power to the plant. Jessie was responsible for helping the client to visualize how the build would take place and research the equipment needed for the build.

Ventriculoperitoneal Shunt (August 2021-May 2022)

Jessie and a team of two others developed a new brain shunt while working with a local hospital that would provide real-time feedback to the doctors about the flow rate of cerebral spinal fluid in the brain. She was responsible for the electrical components, ensuring the device would communicate with a cell phone using NFC chips and radio frequency, along with an array of magnets, to provide the most up-to-date information from the brain. This device was taken from conception all the way to the filing of a patent. AWARDS
