I relocated to Oahu in 2021 as a Consultant for the Rail Line Project. Soon after the State no longer used Consultants. I assisted several local Hawaiian companies with means and methods of various projects. Introducing technology used widely on the mainland that assisted in saving time as well as money on the budget. I was tasked to build a twenty (20) person self- perform crew of all local Hawaiian labor and skilled tradesman to furnish and install concrete work as well as several other remediation and repair projects. Currently I am looking for new opportunities due to the Owner/Developer ran into financial issues and the projects have all been suspended even though they all fall under the B7 law for Affordable Housing.
