Athletic Coordinator/Head Football Coach, W.W. Samuell High School 2023 - Present
Manage athletic program for 600+, 9 through 12th grade student athletes. Supervise coaching staff of 30 ensuring focus is on our common goals. Manage annual budget of $20K.
Develop program principals and procedures, coaching philosophy for students and staff. Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, students and faculty.
Orchestrate student recruitment through positive relationships with district middle schools to build pipeline of future student athletes.
Recruit, train and mentor 11 athletic coaches supporting varsity and junior varsity teams.
Monitor and increase alumni involvement in program.

2nd year-maintained engagement during the Pandemic, moved to Zoom meetings, created breakout rooms for each mentor and mentee to allow for interactions.
