QUALIFICATIONS:

Employment at Bloodworks NW includes picking up blood from donor centers throughout western Washington for processing at the Renton Center. The blood is then redistributed to hospitals throughout Western Washington. Vehicles used include Mercedes sprinter vans and other Ford and Nissan vans.

Employment with Advantage Sales & Marketing consist of setting up sales events in various stores for promotion and sales of a wide variety of consumer products. The key functions and responsibilities include interacting with customers and promoting the products for in-house sales.

Graduate of truck driving school for commercial driving license, Class A. Course content included written examinations and all the basic requirements for backing skills test and over the road skills. Several weeks of training by Pilot using Ken Worth Tractor pulling 35 and 53-foot trailers. Activities at I-XL Masonry included driving a 10 speed International flat bed with 48,000 pound capacity with Moffett Mounty for unloading masonry materials and Lind Forklifts for material handling. Deliveries are to residential neighborhoods often with narrow streets, parked cars and sometimes heavy traffic. Non commercial driving experience includes 40 plus years of driving a variety of passenger cars and vans with both manual and automatic transmissions and no traffic violations on record.

Customer service experience includes two years of selling real estate for Advance Properties and Century 21. Duties included the marketing of properties, answering phones, using the computer programs for a multitude of task, showing properties, explaining financial terms and interpreting contracts for clients. Other sales activities included a door to door presentation of five year historical sales data showing property increases over that time span and an offer of a comparable market analysis of the owners home. The purpose of this exercise was to obtain listings of residential real estate for publication in real estate magazines as a means of obtaining qualified buyers.

Approximately 10 years of experience as a commercial building inspector for the fire insurance rating bureau and independent contractors throughout the United States.

Prior work experience for Cal-West, Triton Risk, Precision Risk Management, Survey Associates, Golden Coast, Associated Risk Management and General Information Services included loss control surveys for commercial and residential buildings. Surveys included detailed physical surveys of buildings, stock and warehouse storage, evaluation of fire suppression systems and any liability hazard associated with the properties. Surveys also included earthquake, automobile and manufacturing surveys of risk properties.

Experience at the fire insurance rating bureau (Washington Survey & Rating Bureau) includes four years as a field engineer making detailed physical inspections and diagrams of roofs, walls, floors, building contents and wet and dry pipe automatic fire suppression systems. Commercial building risk included mercantile, institutional, office, warehouse, industrial, manufacturing and other schedule rated properties. Rating criteria included collecting and evaluating data on construction and occupancy hazards including rack storage and fire protection features such as automatic sprinkler systems for compliance with nationally recognized NFPA standards. Other activities included witnessing test of fire protection equipment such as halon systems and investigating major fire losses and preparing reports as to cause of loss, deficiencies and indicated preventative measures.
